四、摘要

        Osteoporosis is one of the reasons for elderly people to reduce quality of life.  Porous polymer bodies the struts of which are coated with some bone-active layer seem superior to substitutes of solid metal or ceramic cylinder type or to granular bone fillers as far as the polymer is properly selected. We carried out Finite Element model (FEM) calculations for 3-dimensional (3-D) cube honeycombs as well as 1-D and 2-D ones, or 1-D, and 2-D planar grids where their struts were made of Nylon?66 or polyethylene.  Those honeycombs and grids consisted of component cubes and squares: the edge length of the components remained constant at 0.9 mm while their edge length was varied from 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm.  One to 16 struts out of ~500 were removed, and the tendency of change in the stress and strain due to von Mises criterion as well as Young’s modulus was analyzed. Those tendencies were discussed in terms of the number of removed struts, the mode of removing struts (random, parallel, cross-type), in addition to anisotropy effects.

        1984年获日本京都大学博士学位,现任日本冈山大学名誉教授/项目教授,中国“外专千人计划”专家、河南科技大学特聘教授,美国陶瓷学会会员,美国材料研究学会会员,英国玻璃技术学会会员,J. Sol-Gel Science and Technology, J. Australian Ceramic Society等国际期刊客座编辑,J. American Ceramic Society, J. Ceramic Society of Japan等国际期刊审稿人。

Akiyoshi Osaka教授从事新材料领域研究和开发工作近40年,主要研究领域为纳米陶瓷材料设计与改性,钛合金人造骨骼,有机-无机复合材料的合成等。他领导和参与了多项前沿课题的研究,自1995年至今累计获得的研究经费折合人民币近8000万元。其成果大多发表在《Biomaterials》、《Journal of the American Ceramic Society》,《Journal of Biomedical Materials Research》等著名国际期刊上,共发表期刊论文254篇。很多论文被国际同行大量引用,其中1篇曾被著名期刊编辑赞誉为“hot article”。此外,尾坂明義教授在国际专业会议和知名高校做专题讲座共600多次,被收录入会议集的论文有143篇,并多次担任国际学术会议组织者。尾坂明義教授掌握多项新材料的研发技术及制造方法,拥有日本、美国和欧洲等国家专利10余项。
